Allergy to gel polish

I used gel polish for years, despite my lack of knowledge, and developed a severe allergy with all the consequences that entailed. I am certainly not pointing the finger at Pink Gel Polish, but I am highlighting the dangers of incorrect use. I ordered a starter kit during a Valentine's Day promotion, which included a free nail polish. When I checked my order in my email, I saw that the free nail polish wasn't included. I contacted them about this and received a quick response. They said that for some reason the nail polish hadn't been included, but that they would send it separately right away because my original package was already on its way. I thought that was really well handled. The next day, I received the starter kit. Unfortunately, the nail prep was leaking. I contacted them about this as well. They immediately apologized and sent a new nail prep free of charge. In addition, I also received 100 free points in my account as compensation. Pink Gellac's customer service is truly excellent. They respond quickly via WhatsApp, ship incredibly fast, and come up with customer-friendly solutions when something goes wrong. What's more, the quality of the products is also very good.
