Very good experience with both the store and customer service. Bought a few things in the Den Bosch store on Black Friday. Received excellent service. I had a small problem with one of the products I bought, so I sent an email at the end of the day on Friday. I received a reply from customer service almost immediately. They came up with a solution very quickly and even shipped an order on Sunday. I had it at home on Monday, which is excellent service. Many companies could learn from this. I am very happy with your products, a big 10 out of 10.

Promotion was not correct and transparent

I am very satisfied with the products, but I find it a bit unfortunate that they recently made misleading advertisements. The weekend I placed my order, they advertised free shipping. It was mentioned everywhere. When I placed my order, I still had to pay shipping costs. Apparently, it was only for the Netherlands. But that wasn't mentioned anywhere. It wasn't entirely correct, if you ask me. At first, I got a response on Instagram when I asked about the shipping costs, but when I wrote that it wasn't mentioned anywhere, I suddenly got no response. That's a bit of a shame...

Hele goede ervaring met zowel de winkel als de klantenservice. Op black friday wat spulletjes gekocht in de winkel in Den Bosch. Super geholpen. Had ik een klein probleempje met 1 gekochte produkt, meteen een mailtje gestuurd was vrijdag eind van de dag. En vrij meteen al een een berichtje van de klantenservice. Heel snel zijn ze met een oplossing gekomen en zelfs op zondag hebben ze een bestelling de deurt uitgedaan. Ik had het maandag al in huis, wat een service top. Daar kunnen heel wat bedrijven een voorbeeld aannemen.Super blij met jullie produkten een dikke 10

Kort geleden ben ik gestart met mijn eigen onderneming en zowel ik als mijn klanten zijn zeer tevreden over de producten van Pink Gellac. De kwaliteit is hoog, de kleuren zijn prachtig en de producten werken prettig en professioneel. Momenteel gebruik ik vooral de nagellakken, maar ik ben van plan om het assortiment verder uit te breiden met meerdere producten. Deze collectie sluit perfect aan bij wat ik zoek voor professioneel gebruik. Zeker een merk dat ik kan aanbevelen.

Promotie was niet correct en transparant

Ik ben erg tevreden van de producten maar vind het een beetje jammer dat ze onlangs misleidende reclame gemaakt hebben. Er was het weekend dat ik bestelde zogezegd gratis verzending. Stond overal vermeld. Toen ik bestelde moest ik toch gewoon verzendkosten betalen. Zou blijkbaar enkel voor Nederland geweest zijn. Maar dat stond nergens vermeld. Was toch niet helemaal correct als je het mij vraagt. En eerst kreeg ik nog antwoord op Instagram toen ik naar de verzendkosten vroeg, maar toen ik dit schreef dat het nergens vermeld was kreeg ik plots geen reactie meer. Toch wel wat jammer..
